Mobility
Instructor - MaiaMobility is one of the best ways to keep your body moving well through every stage of life. Improve joint health, increase flexibility, reduce stiffness, ease everyday aches and pains, and move with greater confidence in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Learn how to improve your mobility safely, build strength through your full range of movement, and understand how better movement supports your long-term health. Every exercise can be adapted to your ability, so whether you’re new to mobility training or looking to move more freely alongside your existing routine, you’ll be supported and challenged at the right level.
Vinyasa Flow
Instructor - MarieAn uplifting Vinyasa yoga class designed to help you enter a state of flow.
The class is offering a mentally grounding space to step away from the demands of everyday life and tune in with ones own body, mind and soul.
You do not need to be flexible or experienced to join the class. The pace of the class is slow but fun - with just the right amount of time to feel the benefit of each pose.
Expect a thoughtful balance of movement, playfulness and relaxation, leaving you feeling stronger, more spacious and grounded.
Slow Pilates
Instructor - MarieSlow Flow Pilates is a full-body class suitable for all levels. It is great for anyone who wants to practise the basics of Pilates.
Pilates uses controlled, intentional movement to develop strength, mobility, coordination and body awareness.
We’ll work on core and pelvic floor function, recognising that both are part of a wider support system that contributes to stability and movement throughout the whole body. The class also includes exercises to improve balance and encourage healthier positioning and movement around the shoulders and neck.
Expect a calm but effective class that helps you move with greater ease while building strength that supports everyday life and other forms of movement.
Functional Yoga Flow
Instructor - Grace Grace’s Functional Flow classes are designed to build strength, control, balance, mobility, and range of motion while supporting the way we move in everyday life. Grace encourages participants to develop a deeper awareness of their bodies through thoughtful breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. Expect opportunities to challenge yourself, moments of rest and reflection, and the freedom to explore movement in a way that feels right for you.

Maia Adams
Maia is a BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation graduate dedicated to helping people move well, build strength, and enjoy an active life at every age. With a warm, supportive approach and a passion for making exercise accessible, she empowers people to feel confident in their bodies, whether they’re recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, or simply wanting to become stronger and healthier.
Strength and MobilityMarie
Marie is a movement teacher originally from Berlin. Her teaching is shaped by years of learning from inspiring teachers across Europe in disciplines including dance, yoga and circus skills. With an academic background in physiology-based studies and psychology, she brings a grounded understanding of the body to her teaching. Over the past two years, her research has focused on strength training during perimenopause, deepening her commitment to supporting women’s mental health through movement.
Yoga and Pilates
Physiotherapy and YogaGrace Bush
Grace is a physiotherapist and yoga teacher trained in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, with a passion for helping people move well and feel their best. Her mission is to improve public health through movement by combining her clinical expertise with principles of mobility, Pilates, functional movement, and yoga.

If you’ve found the class that’s right for you, you can click the “book now” button which will take you directly to Momence which is the platform we use to manage our bookings. Scroll to your date and time and make a booking.

We currently do not have memberships (Its in the works!) We do have a 6 session credit pack, this saves you £12 overall. Credits can be redeemed for any class at bevy. Credits last 3 months so use them when you want! To book a class pack scroll to memberships on momence and book ‘Class pack ‘6 sessions’.

The most important thing when you show up to class is that you feel comfortable. We recommend your favourite gym clothes and for Maia’s strength class it would also be good to wear practical shoes such as flat trainers. If you have any concerns over what you need to bring to a specific class simply head over to our contact form and ask us any questions you might have.

Absolutely! Our classes are the perfect opportunity to meet other awesome, like minded women. We are genuinely so proud to have such an open minded, welcoming community so please do not worry if you are attending solo.

To cancel a class you will need to head back over to Momence and locate your class booking, this will be in a section labelled “upcoming.”
There will then be three dots which you can press and it will give you the option to cancel the booking.
