Our story
This is a story about two women who were fed up.
One was moving into menopause, feeling lost inside a body she no longer recognised. One had a message she believed in completely, and a growing frustration that it wasn't reaching far enough.
When they found each other, something began stirring. They started talking about health, about women, about what was missing. And then one of them said: let me help you spread this message.
From that conversation, bevy was born. Not from a business plan or a boardroom, but from passion, from friendship, and from a shared love of women and the belief that they deserve better.
We're those two women. And we're just getting started.
“As a woman moving into peri-menopause, I felt completely lost. Brain fog, anxiety, mood swings, and weight gain; I was struggling to recognise myself. Then I met Maia. She listened. She truly listened. As a young woman of 25, she was so supportive, positive, and reassuring. Together we built a plan, and something shifted — not just in my body, but in how I felt about myself.
I started dreaming about what it would look like if every woman had access to this. I drew up a mind map and thrust it at Maia. She told me it was like I'd been swimming around in her brain.
And here we are.”

“I've spent my career working with women's bodies. I've sat with women in pain, in transition, in the messy middle of lives that don't slow down. I've worked with women navigating menopause, rebuilding strength after injury, rediscovering what their bodies can do.
What I keep seeing, over and over, is how little support they've been given. How many had been dismissed, left to figure it out alone.
When I started running strength classes, I witnessed the beginning of something. Women kept coming back, not just for the exercise, but for each other. We became a community before we even had a name for it.
When Kirsty showed me her mind map, I recognised everything in it. It was everything I'd been hoping to build and more.
So together, we built it.”
