Grace Bush, Physiotherapy and Yoga
Grace is a physiotherapist and yoga teacher trained in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, with a passion for helping people move well and feel their best. Her mission is to improve public health through movement by combining her clinical expertise with principles of mobility, Pilates, functional movement, and yoga.
Grace works at Harbourside Physiotherapy in Newlyn, where she teaches Functional Flow classes and also offers the same approach in a one-to-one format, adapting each session to the individual. She enjoys helping people better understand their bodies, enjoy movement and develop practices that support them both on and off the mat.
Movement is a big part of Grace’s own life, and she believes in practising what she teaches. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her in the gym, running, practising yoga, or exploring the coastal paths with her dog. She is happiest outdoors, especially when there is the sea nearby.
Her Functional Flow classes are designed to build strength, control, balance, mobility, and range of motion while supporting the way we move in everyday life. Grace encourages participants to develop a deeper awareness of their bodies through thoughtful breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. Expect opportunities to challenge yourself, moments of rest and reflection, and the freedom to explore movement in a way that feels right for you.
